The health and safety of not only the employees of Benson Insurance Agency, but also our clients is of utmost importance to us. We are actively monitoring the situation and following all guidelines from the local and national government as well as the Center for Disease Control (CDC). We know that many of you rely on our office remaining open so you are able to come in to make payments, file claims, etc, but this may change in the coming weeks.

If you do not feel comfortable visiting our physical location, or in the event that our office is required to close for a period of time you can reach us on our office cell phone number at 803-328-1808 during the hours of 9 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday. We may have limited capabilities as to what we are able to do from home so we have listed the websites, phone numbers and mailing addresses for the companies we represent so that you are able to reach out to them directly to make your payments or file any necessary claims below. You can also contact your carrier directly with the telephone number listed on your policy or auto ID cards. Please remember to have your policy number when contacting them via telephone or online. Most insurance carriers will allow you to file your claim or make your payment directly via their website or over the phone with their automated system.
